I googled the general's name, and found an article about haunted Ft. Bliss. Among other places, apparently the post commander's house is haunted. Scary boys and girls...
Oh, Nigel. They have AWESOME haunted tours here in October. I am too scared to go. Just the knowledge of their existence is scary and thrilling enough for me. But yes. SO HAUNTED.
